Members of parliament and government officials from Great Britain and Switzerland spend a winter week in the ski regions around the Landwasser Valley and under the guidance of local ski instructors prepare for the ultimate highlight: the Parliamentary Ski Races. The traditional start to the event is the parallel slalom, with the giant slalom being the finale and climax of the week. And even when the focus is on personal encounters and fun, it's still a matter of honour to put every effort into the battle for victory. The Brithsh-Swiss Parliamentary Ski Races have long been a Davos Tradition - this wil be the 58th time the event has been held.
