Vineyard Trail between Salgesch and Sierre

This walkway among the vineyards connects Salgesch with the Château de Villa in Siders. Each of the 80 information signs along the way features a theme. The wine museum at two locations: from Haus Zumofen in Salgesch to the Château de Villa in Siders.

This 2.5-hour tour is like a walk through an open-air museum.

Eiger Trail: The Swiss Alpine Experience Trail

This is the rock face of all rock faces, and its climbing routes are amongst the most spectacular in the world. But the myth of the Eiger North Face can also be an impressive experience from below - from the two hour long Eiger Trail, for instance. This trail runs close to the vertically dropping rock face from the Jungfrau Railways' Eigergletscher station along to Alpiglen. An unforgettable alpine experience for anybody – the peak of emotions.

No trail comes closer to the famous Eiger North Face – with the Eiger Trail you are guaranteed two hours of top notch thrills.

Appenzell Alpine Trail: The Swiss Flower Route

Behind you the mighty Alpstein massif with the dominant Mount Säntis, and in front of you nothing but a vast expanse – the boundless view of the Appenzell hill country up to Lake Constance makes the Alpine Trail a real panorama tour. And in early summer the experience includes unparalleled flower scenery.

To get a bird's eye perspective on the Appenzell region there is really no need to get airborne – just follow the Alpine Trail.

Sentiero Verzasca: The Swiss White Water Trail

The shimmering green river winds its way picturesquely through the primordial Verzasca Valley, spanned by elegantly arched Roman bridges. Together with the little grotti this makes for a picture perfect Ticino setting. Between Sonogno and Lavertezzo the mountain and valley trail becomes a cultural trail, and as the "Sentiero per l'arte" (the Art Trail) takes the traveller in four hours past works by internationally renowned artists.

An emerald green river, a spruced up little village, the ruggedly picturesque landscape - the Verzasca Valley is a real Ticino gem.
