We are taking less and less time to eat. Food is becoming increasingly standardized. Many young people and children don't even know what our traditional products taste like. It is time to reintroduce the pleasure of eating to our lives. The purpose of Gourmet Week is to encourage events that promote the enjoyment of food, quality products, getting together around the table and craftsmanship in food production.
This organic market, the largest of its type in Switzerland, is held each year in Saignelégier.Entrance to the Market, which also features traditional products, is free.Many events are held, including donkey rides for children.
