Baumgarten/ Wand Piste
Overview
Intro
With its fairly compact dimensions, the Mörlialp winter sports area near Giswil is particularly popular with families. Its most beautiful descent begins on Alpoglen and passes the Wand chairlift top station before continuing down to the Mörlialp valley station.
One chairlift, four skilifts and an amazingly varied range of pistes - this is the Mörlialp ski area. Wide ski slopes of various degrees of difficulty are available and they provide sufficient space for wide carving turns. This route affords magnificent views down to Lake Sarnen. From Alpoglen, the highest point in this ski area, take the moderately difficult Baumgarten Piste to the top station for the chairlift and from there on the black marked Wand Piste to Mörlialp.
