Crans-Montana

Gstaad

The Gstaad-Saanenland holiday region in the Bernese Oberland, from the chalet village of Gstaad with its many famous visitors through to the authentic villages in the vicinity, offers a charming mixture of options and visitors. The extensive "Gstaad Mountain Rides" ski and hiking arena stretches across the whole Saanenland to which the Montreux-Oberland-Railways (MOB) offer easy access.

Emmental

The city of Bern lies just west of the beautiful and hilly Emmental region. The verdant hills form the foothills of the Bernese Alps and are encircled by the River Emme. Train travel through the valley is peaceful, convenient and scenic. Make time for a stop at the Emmental Shoe Dairy to purchase the valley's trademark Emmentaler cheese (the Swiss cheese with the holes).
