Piste des Petites Roches
Overview
Intro
Although the descent from Petites Roches to Les Rasses is marked in black, less experienced skiers can also enjoy this route. The piste follows moderately steep, uniform terrain and hence is suitable for families too.
In the Sainte-Croix ski area in the Jura there are six ski lifts and a ski lift for children. The slopes are located on the sunny southeast slope of the Chasseron and afford superb views of the Mittelland and Alps. The most difficult of the local descents is the downhill run from the Petites Roches to Les Rasses. The terrain is manageable and not too steep and hence provides carefree fun for both experienced connoisseurs and for skiers with more average abilities.
