Brigels - Alp Tschegns Dadens Sura - Sumitschun - Alp da Schlans - Trun - Darvella - Rueun - Panix Stausee - Andiast - Alp Andiast - Urschiu Sura - Alp Dadens - Alp Dado - Brigels.

Ascent from the San Giacun chapel to Alp Tschegn Dadens Sura, then a steep descent to Alp da Schlans. On an asphalt road you will now ride to Trun and Darvella to continue on the Polenweg trail. Follow the Vorderrhein up to the wooden bridge at Rueun, then downhill to Andiast, to the reservoir lake and to Alp Andias. On to the Urschiu Sura hut and down to Alp Dadens. You will return to Brigels using the road via Alp Dado.
