«Chasa da Fö» is Romansh for «House with the fireplace», but this old structure was originally a pig barn, for decades providing shelter for animals and herders up on the alpine pastures.

Today it is home to what is thought to be Europe’s highest cookery school, where the Michelin star-winning chef Martin Göschel from the Hotel Paradies in Ftan shares original recipes from the region with amateur cooks.
