Soupe de chalet
Intro
It's perfect for cold winter days: full of goodness, very healthy, and quick and easy to prepare.
The "Soupe de chalet" is a delicious speciality from the Fribourg region and often recommended to winter guests as an alternative to fondue. Enjoy it as you relax on the sofa in front of an open fire – ideally in a cosy chalet. Bon appétit!
