Stracciatella mousse

1 Heat the cream to boiling point. Remove the pan from the heat. Break up the white chocolate and dissolve in the hot cream. Allow to cool in the refrigerator.

2 Use the mixer to beat the white chocolate and cream until it stiff. Grate the dark chocolate on a coarse grater, and fold in well. Arrange in dessert glasses and keep cool until serving.

HINT. Decorate with a sweet biscuit. Serve with espresso, coffee or cappuccino.

200 g white chocolate with hazelnut crunch
50 g plain dark chocolate
