Culinary specialitiesValaisian specialties such as our “Grottuspiessli (Grotto skewer) with salads and country-style potatoes”, various Risottos, etc. We have specialized in homemade desserts, cakes and gateaux: Chocolate cake, apple strudel, almond croissants, fruitcake... accompanied by various kinds of fine coffees with or without a jigger of brandy. Visitors’ mouths and eyes pop open when they see our “monster coffees!”!
Special features & EventsCozy restaurant with Swedish ceramic stove. Large sun-drenched terrace (covered in inclement weather, heated and closed in by side walls). Snow Bar offering Raclette prepared at the stove and Bratwurst from the grill.
