Intro

Tobogganing on Tschentenalp – an experience that guarantees plenty of fun for young and old.

As Adelboden’s local mountain, Tschentenalp is easily accessible from the village by cable car. Once you’ve arrived at the top, you can choose from a range of runs. Together, they form a 14-kilometre network of descents of varying levels of difficulty. When they reach the bottom, tobogganers can take a three-and-a-half minute chair lift ride back to the start. A bus service runs from the end of the downhill slope back to the village. The bus transfer is included in the toboggan pass. Night-time tobogganing events are held every Wednesday and Saturday evening.

What makes Tschentenalp special: rented equipment can be swapped as often as you like. You can choose between toboggans, skibocks (sawn-down skis with a simple seat) and airboards.
