Culinary specialities

The menu caters to every taste, with its huge assortment of dishes of every kind. The house specialities, such as Gaby's "delights", braised tomme (special Swiss cheese), hot goat cheese salad, or even stone-melted raclette, will make you raise your eyebrows. As for the sweets, the bilberry tart with its delicious whipped cream, will enchant you. Complementing the pleasures of taste, we have the visual pleasures of our ancient hall, filled with pine beams bedecked with a huge collection of alpine clocks - an ideal setting for your banquets and private parties.

Special features & Events

Old alpine chalet, typical of the Illiez valley area, refurbished as a restaurant and inn, welcomes you into its warm, rustic interior. In summer, as in winter, the restaurant has a huge terrace, as well as bay windows, available, both facing the Dents du Midi. During your visit, don't miss exploring "Gaby's Farm", an agro-touristic project located 200m from the restaurant.
