The spectacular hike up to Alp Turnels, a romantic dairy farm between Wasserngrat and Giferspitz at 1900 m above sea level takes about 90 minutes. Once there, you will be treated to all kinds of delicious local produce. The highlight of your visit will come after the traditional cheese-making demonstration, when you will be able to enjoy a relaxing and health-giving bath in warm whey!
Location
The Alp Turnels is located in a wide hollow of the Turnelbach valley at 1900 m above sea level.
How to get there
On foot: follow the Brüeschgrat ridge from the summit station of the Wasserngratbahn to the hut.

Early July to late August.
Prices
CHF 90.00 (approx USD 74.00)* per adult and CHF 60 per child, incl. supper, overnight stay, breakfast, cheese-making demonstration, whey bath and beverages.
