Overnight Stays at Villa Cassel, Riederfurka
Villa Cassel is situated in the heart of a grandiose mountain world, surrounded by the Aletsch Forest Nature Reserve and the Great Aletsch Glacier. Its rooms are stylish, yet devoid of luxury (WC's are located in the hallway), compensated by the singularly beautiful scenery. Regional products and organically grown produce are used as a matter of course. Villa Cassel can accommodate up to 60 persons in its 16 rooms. The 2-bed and 3-bed rooms are furnished true to style. The 4-bed and 6-bed rooms have cabin beds. A library and an infothek as well as 2 meeting rooms and several lounges are also part of Villa Cassel.

Spend the night in the palatial Villa Cassel, which brings its guests closer to the beauty of the Aletsch, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. The sights to see at Aletsch include a world-famous glacier and stone pine forests, Switzerland's oldest trees. On the southern valley slopes of the Aletsch massif, the rocky wilderness of the Valais beckons with an ancient and well-structured cultural landscape. On the north face, however, the fascinating Aletsch Forest captivates visitors with its ancient larch trees and stone pines, surrounded by a majestic mountain world. It is here that the Great Aletsch Glacier is situated, the longest river of ice in the Alps. The Aletsch region was designated a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site.
