Charge your batteries in pristine nature, enjoy, experience, and learn. Eat and sleep in the simple, but clean and eco-oriented "Golderli".
The far end of the Kiental valley is an insider’s tip among nature lovers and is renowned for its well-maintained Alpine cultural landscape.
The Kiental valley is home to villages and hamlets that are ideally suited to recuperation and relaxation. A typical example is 600-year-old Ahorn, which lies close to Golderli and attracts a regular stream of visitors.

Mountain Inn Golderli:
The Golderli is an 80-year-old mountain inn, which practices the credo “Progress towards simplicity”. There is no TV, no organized entertainment. Instead, you will enjoy pure nature here, such as flower-bedecked meadows, waterfalls and snow-capped mountains.
Above all, guests will find peace and tranquillity. Light is provided by solar power, and solar collectors produce the hot water. Here people cook on wood fire and gas stoves. Wood provides the energy for heating. The ‘smoke-free’ inn has 26 beds, 20 people can be accommodated in the dormitory and there is makeshift accommodation for another 10 guests in the lecture room. WC and washing facilities are provided on each floor, the showers are on the ground floor. The rooms do not have running water, instead of which you will find washbowls as was common in grandmother’s time. There is also a lecture room seating 20-30 persons, a small library, a cosy guest lounge, a beautiful dining room, a sun terrace and seating in the garden.
B. Jost, the host, planned and constructed the extremely interesting Alpine economy and nature trail several years ago. Walkers on this themed trail will learn much that is interesting about the interrelationships within nature, about Alpine flora, wildlife, the forces of water, glaciers, and naturally about the life and work of mountain farmers and about Alpine cheese dairies.
