The Food Museum illustrates the different stages of the path travelled by food as it moves from the producer to the consumer: production, processing, preparation and consumption. This permanent exhibition presents food in its socio-economic and cultural context and is divided into three sections: the scientific, ethnological and historical aspects of food and nutrition. The way the exhibits are arranged is lively and dynamic, covering a surface area of around 900 square metres.

All year round, Tuesday to Sunday.

How to get there:
By car: take the motorway in the direction of Montreux, exit at Vevey and park the car at Parking Panorama or on the Place du Marche.
By train: take a train to Vevey and walk from the train station (this will take approximately 10 minutes).
