Where holiday dreams come true.
Haslital
The gateway to the Grimsel, Susten and Brünigpasses.
Forget day-to-day life, and immerse yourself in a new world: of mountains, water and natural monuments. In this striking holiday region in the heart of Switzerland, you’ll find all manner of leisure activities, sports, and outdoor pursuits – and a strong sense of culture and tradition.
Summit gathering – 316 peaks
A host of mountain excursions – such as the modern gondola ride
up to the Alpen Tower on Planplatten (2,245 m) – reveal the glory
of the alpine environment.
Families welcome
Have you met Muggestutz, the oldest of the Hasli dwarfs? Then
come to our two theme trails at Hasliberg! You’ll find the dwarfs’
houses, a treasure cave, rope bridge, eagle swing and many other
adventures. And to finish: how about a refreshing dip in the
turquoise Lake Brienz?
Water, water everywhere: 158 lakes
Water plays a big role here. In fact it characterizes the whole
landscape of the Haslital:
primeval glaciers, mirror-like lakes, thundering waterfalls, bubbling
streams…
More than 55 different encounters with water await you here: to
refresh, thrill, inspire and surprise!
Brienz – village of the woodcarvers
As you explore the picturesque village on foot, you’ll come across
a variety of sculptures and wood carvings. In some of the studios
and shops, you will have the chance to watch the woodcarvers at
work. Make time for a break along the way, and stop at one of the
restaurants to try the local speciality, a pastry called Brienzer
Chrapfen.
