The more than 60 km of excellently prepared and spacious pistes attract skiers and carvers alike. 19 modern lifts and cableways bring winter sports fans quickly and comfortably up to 2,262 m, whilst young snowboarders can hang out in the snowland.ch fun park in Wildhaus.

The Toggenburg is particularly popular with families and the region holds the coveted “Families Welcome” quality seal. During the winter season, the winter sports schools provide an extensive and varied activity programme, whilst the “Kinderland”, ski carousel, tepee, midday supervision and children’s ski races will keep the younger children occupied! Older children can meet up and have great fun in the organized ski and snowboard camps.

At one with nature, snowshoe hikers tread softly as they explore a pristine winter wonderland – a real feel-good factor amidst gentle clouds of powder snow. Toggenburg’s snowshoe paradise has 6 marked trails for beginners, 13 attractive tours (unmarked but GPS-mapped) for experienced walkers, and a selection of attractively priced packages.
