Summer
The area around Ovronnaz offers a beautiful hiking network through vineyards, across green Alpine pastures all the way up to the mountains of the Muveran Mountain Range and Lake Fully. Young Wild West fans are sure to love the Lucky Luke Play Trail when they follow in the tracks of the famous comic cowboy in the Ovronnaz area. In autumn, when the "Indian Summer" turns leaves colourful, the region is particularly brilliant. And its the perfect time to sample some of the delicious Valai wines at the nearby vineyards.
An easy, 19-kilometre-long mountain bike route runs from Ovronnaz via a forest trail to the picturesque village of Chiboz. Ambitious bike riders will love the loop up to the Col de Forcle with its spectacular view of the Lower Valais. The profile of the route is a little tough but after the bike tour the whirlpools at one of the thermal spas provide the perfect opportunity to pamper those muscles.
