You don’t have to look far to find a true winter paradise – and one not much more than an hour away from Zürich and its international airport. So close to the city, yet 70% of the pistes in Flims Laax Falera are over 2,000 m. At 3,018 m, the Vorab Glacier is the highest point in this huge ski area, ensuring plenty of snow and unlimited fun on the pistes throughout the whole of the extra-long season.

Winter sports

Laax has snow-sure pistes from October to April in a fantastic setting between 1,100 and 3,018 m above sea level. Whether beginner or crazy carver, family or a fun-loving snowboarder, there is fun to be had by all on the 220 km of pistes.

SkiDirect

 Use a SkiDirect card and avoid the queues. Load the lift pass of your choice via the Internet at home, and your SkiDirect card will provide you with automatic access to all the lifts once in the ski resort. Enjoy our ski paradise from the moment you arrive and collect bonus points at the same time.

Wining and dining

17 mountain restaurants from gourmet to self-service provide something for everybody. Take a quick break between pistes and try out one of the many snowbars – fill up on energy, ready to create new tracks in the snow.

Après-ski

After an action-packed day it’s time to say goodbye to the pistes, to take off your skis or snowboard and to toast an excellent day in the snow in one of our après-ski bars. Celebrate in a relaxed atmosphere and look forward to a promising evening.
