Gstaad means first class tennis, and a meeting point for the jet set from all over the world However, Gstaad is also visually magnificent, with never ending landscapes and panoramic trails on the ridge. It is made for biking tours. The tour over Wispile is the proof of the pudding. The gentle uphill is followed by a track over a sensational burr. The Alps of Berne and Waadt can be seen. This Idyllic scene is immediately followed by the Lauenensee, often mentioned in songs. It is impossible not to be enthusiastic.
Gstaad - Moosfang - Hohi Wispile - Chrine - Lauenensee - Hinderem See - Lauenen - Engi - Gstaad.
From Gstaad you ascend on a in parts very steep alpine path up to "Höhi Wispile". Follow a super single track followed by two short sections where you will have to push your steel horse to reach downhill Lauenensee. Cross Lauenental, and roll back to Gstaad, parallel to the high street.
