The nineties' track of the mountainbike world championship from Châteaux d'Oex is open to the public today. Some of the the upper parts of the downhill trails are championship cross-country. Tricky single trails in fantastic countryside make this bike tour a special loop. The thought that ex world champions were competing here a short time ago increases the fun.
Château-d'Oex - Gérignoz - La Crause - Gérignoz - Château-d'Oex.
Stay on the pass street frp,e tje Saane up in the direction of Les Mosses. In a right bending, turn left an follow the escursion path to Gstaad. Follow until short before Gérignoz. Turn right. The tracks ascends lightly to La Crause and then steep to the street taking you to La Braye. There, a downhill takes you back to the middle station of the railways. There, follow the signs to "Descente Château-d'Oex".
