The Simmefluh on the left-hand side and the Burgfluh on the right characterize the entrance to the Semmen Valley impressively. It is understood that both these rock massifs offer views of the highest order.
The mountain bike tour to Oberen Heiti does not entirely conquer both these mountains, but even their foothills have much to offer as regards vantage points and views. Below you will espy the deep blue Lake Thun. Mt. Niesen is so close you can almost touch it. And in the distance the unmistakable silhouette of Eiger, Mönch und Jungfrau is visible.

Oey - Lochmatti - Wimmis - Reutigen - Günzenen - Obers Heiti - Unters Heiti - Allmenden - Latterbach - Oey

The tour starts at the Oey train station and at first takes you via Lochmatti to Wimmis. You will cross the Simme River before you reach Reutigen on the sign-posted trail. Here begins the long uphill ride to the Oberen Heiti. Fantastic vistas are your reward for the difficult ascent. At Oberen Heiti begins a short section on a single trail before the fast and furious downhill ride via Allment and Latterbach and back to Oey.
