In summer the Lac de Joux, the largest lake in the Jura massif, provides the ideal setting for a wide range of outdoor activities. It offers all kinds of nautical activities, and the temperature range is between 18 and 24°C. The site attracts many windsurfers and sailing enthusiasts, and everyone can swim in this pleasant and safe environment.
How to get there:
By car: take the motorway and exit at Ballaigues-Vallorbe, then go via La Sarraz, Cossonay, Aubonne and Nyon, the village of Le Pont, Molendruz hill (1,180 m), Marchairuz hill (1,447 m) and the village of St. Cergue.
By public transport: take the regional train from Le Pont to Le Brassus.
