During the summer season, horse-drawn carriages operate a public service from the centre of Adelboden along a well-loved trail.

Adelboden is happy to cater for its visitors desire for peace and quiet surrounded by nature, and the need to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Horse-drawn carriages take you back in time when, until 1917, this was the only way to reach Adelboden. Horse-drawn carriages operate exclusively in the summer season to a fixed timetable. During cooler or wetter periods, service may be suspended.
