The trail has twelve information boards, each one revealing something about the local wildlife, plant life, or the surrounding environment. As a reward after all that walking, lunch (saveloy grilled over a wood fire) is served at the end of the trail, enough to perk you up before you face the way back...
In summer: pedestrian trail.
In winter: Snowshoe trail.
How to get there:
By car: take the motorway and exit at Aigle, then follow signs for Leysin.
By public transport: take the Aigle - Leysin (AL) train from Aigle station.
