Discovery trails

The adventure trail from the Hotel Grimsel Hospiz to the Hotel Handeck leads through one of the most mineral rich areas of the alps.

The wild and romantic landscape between Frutigen and Kandersteg is best discovered on foot, following the tracks of the Lötschberg railway. 47 signposts along the way provide information.

The Marmot Trail on Betelberg Mountain leads from the Leiterli top station to the Stoss midway station (3 km, approx. 1.5 hours). Learn more about these animals along the way and discover what social, cheerful and funny creatures they are!

Globi, a kind of ¿Swiss Donald Duck" has his very own trail. Along the way, 13 signposts propose different riddles and games, as well as some fun facts to learn.
