The protected Val Frisal is a 3-km long high valley situated at 1,900 m above sea level. Traversed by enchanting meandering rivulets, it is home to high moors with rare flora and fauna.
Hiking along the right-hand trail up to the end of the valley is a truly special experience. (3 km, depending on the hiking trail). Among the fascinating sights are the views of Kistenstöckli and the high moor of Val Frisal.
Route: Dorf (Village)/Brigels (1287m) - Starflems (1278m) - Ascend by chair lift Brigels-Crest Falla to an altitude of1665m (Please check lift schedule) - Pignaleus (1674m) - Mutteins (1582m) - Muladiras (1561m) - Brücke (Bridge)/barbecue spot Chischarolas (1506m) - Rubi sut/ Plaun da Rubi (1625m) - Sut Zanin (1727m) - Entrance to the valley of Val Frisal (1893m).

For families:The barbecue and picnic spots at Chischarollas and Crap Burlatsch along the hiking route and on the bank the Flem, a tranquil village brook, will tempt you to built sand castles and pamper you feet in the refreshing water of the pristine mountain world.
Various: If you ascend with the Brigels - Crest Falla chair lift, you will gain 400 meters. From the mountain station it's only 400 meters, or a 10-minute hike (approximately), to the Burleun mountain inn, which features a sun terrace.
