The Val Frisal is the valley were the inventories of the flatland moors and pre-glacer fields were documented. They are of national importance. A vast plain with a basin-like glacier edge, meandering brooks, which traverse the entire plain like arteries and go up to the glaciers and snowfields, afford us a glance into the slow but steadily acting forces of the glacier.
Location:
The starting point for the hike is Cuort am Flembach in Brigels. The number of parking spaces is limited. Additional free parking is available at Restauran Pizzaria Tödi and at the valley station of the Brigels-Crest Falla chairlift. The next Post Bus stop is in Puntdual (800 meters, approx. a 5-minute walk.

The interesting ascent to the high valley Val Frisal at 1900 m a.s.l. leads along the Flembach and through a magnificent Alpine flora.
