Bellinzona (Ticino)
The importance of the Municipal Bath on the bank of the Ticino River, complemented by a tennis court, a cover swimming pool and a covered artificial ice skating rink, is not only attributable to the Bath's idyllic location. Through the long-drawn 6-meter high pedestrian passerelle, connected to the city, the Municipal Bath reflects the motif of the medieval barrages.
