A charming little café-bar on the corner of an old building. It has large, clear windows and a calm and cosy atmosphere: a little piece of Paris. Enjoy a fresh mint tea as you flick through the many newspapers and magazines provided. Taste an original choice of wines by the glass (the selection is advertised on a large blackboard). Accompany your aperitif with delicious nibbles, for example tommes, sausages or duck rillettes. Jazz and French songs play as you soak up the atmosphere.

L'Atelier Volant has established itself as the temple of tropical evenings in Lausanne. There are three floors and the multi-coloured spaces encourage guests of all ages and from all walks of life to party. The Latino direction taken by l'Atelier Volant does not mean there is no other type of music here; in fact, it also plays World Music and enables guests to explore other traditional cultures.
