The Adventure Park Ropetech near Thunplatz is a fixed-rope park established among the natural tree population of the Bernese Dählhölzli Forest. On six Parcours for diverse skill levels, visitors can experience a new perspective of the forest from a height of 4 to 18 meters. Visitors are not likely to forget this mix of adventure, thrills and nature.

With the help of its new observation tower, Lausanne offers one of the most beautiful panoramic views in Europe.

The bridges path runs from the train station St.Gallen-Haggen over 18 bridges in the Sittertobel to the Postauto bus stop Spisegg. During the varied hike along the river Sitter you pick up a lot of knowledge about the form and construction of bridges.

A cosy walk up above the roofs of St.Gallen awaits you should you decide to go on the three ponds walk. The whole time during the walk you can feast your eyes on breath-taking views over the city and in summer even risk jumping into the cool water.

Nature in the city: a nature-study and marked trail from the city tower to Lägeren, which highlights the considerable diversity of animals and plants.

The Dählhölzli Animal Park operated by the City of Berne is set in a charming landscape right on the River Aare.

The city of Bern lies just west of the lovely, hilly region of the Emmental. The verdant hills form the foothills of the Bernese Alps are dissected by the River Emme. Train travel through the valley is peaceful, convenient and scenic. Make time for a stop at a local cheese shop, to purchase the valley's trademark Emmentaler cheese (the Swiss cheese with the holes).

A part of the rampart walls built in 1386. Wall almost entirely intact. Three towers are open to the public: Schirmer, Zyt and Männli. The oldest city clock built by Hans Luter in 1535 is on the Zyt tower. This clock is privileged to chime every hour one minute before all the other city clocks. After the start of the adventurous tour at the station, you will recognise the trail by the funny surprises, hidden messages or original challenges with "aha effect". The trail will take you past well-known or historic buildings, beautiful landscapes or hidden paths. The eventful route and the team experience are the destination. All of it on foot?

Deer, lynxes, wild horses and recently even wolves cavort in the spacious enclosures of the Bruderhaus Wildlife Park. In addition the park attracts visitors with its wide range of information on nature.

The Bäumli is Winterthur's most popular vantage point. On the terrace above the hillside vineyards of the Goldenberg you can enjoy the view over the entire city and a fantastic view of the Alps.

For almost 1'000 years Kyburg Castle has sat enthroned high above the river Töss. It was the family seat of the dynasty of the Counts of Kyburg. After the death of the last Kyburger the Habsburgs secured the heritage. Later the bailiffs (Landvögte) of Zurich resided, reigned and judged in the grand buildings. The museum Kyburg Castle has revived the life back then in the castle.

Brilliance and richness of the magnificient interior of the baroque building are overwhelming. The monastery church belongs to the most significant Swiss sacred buildings.

Switzerland's only Science Center is a tactile museum. Science becomes here an experience of the senses. The curious can experiment to their heart's content at more than 500 interactive stations.

Spring is here and the sunshine entices us into the Ägeri valley for relaxing walks and hikes. The lovely Panorama Trail offers seven different routes in Ägeri's wonderful countryside. This trail and the various other routes are not only intended for family outings, but are very suitable for school parties and senior citizens too. The descent to the various stages can be made from different places, depending on the starting point of your walk. There are numerous wonderful vantage points with lovely views, as well as several barbecue areas for a rest or a picnic. And if you look carefully you will be surprised by many untouched wonders of nature on the Panorama Trail in the Ägeri valley.

80 kilometres of signposted footpaths take you across protected high moorland with its variety of flora and fauna. Numerous barbecue areas are there for your use, and the well-known sculpture trail with lots of animals carved out of wood damaged by the Lothar hurricane, are just some of the attractions - and the paths are very suitable for prams. Don't miss the wonderful adventure playground "Schattenwäldli" - the ideal place for fun and action for the whole family. The wonderful views from the Zugerberg stretch as far as the Alps. Leave the daily routine behind, come and relax with a glass of wine and let your spirit wander.

Amid the wild romanticism of the Lorze ravine, these most beautiful limestone caves are richly adorned with calcareous formations, while miniature lakes, impressive stalagmites and stalactites in a variety of hues give each grotto its special characteristic. The various chambers, after centuries of being formed by calcareous springs, were discovered at the end of the 19th century, when a nearby quarry was mining tuff. This underground magic is lit by electricity and the chambers are connected by good pathways. A visit lasts about 3/4 hour and is not accompanied. The caves are easily accessible by car or bicycle from Baar: on foot they can be reached from Baar railway station in approx. one hour and from the "Lorzentobelbrücke" bus stop (Bus no. 2 direction Menzingen) in approx. 25 minutes.

Experience an exciting voyage of discovery through Zürich city centre with Segway City Tours. The Segway PT i2 is especially designed for sightseeing and provides unique driving pleasure.
