La Brasserie du Château
This Artistic Brasserie in Lausanne and the Château Public Bar are inside an ancient building in the town of Lausanne, on the Place du Tunnel. 6 house beers are made in the Brasserie's copper vats. All beer lovers who appreciate a pleasant atmosphere meet in the adjoining café and in the bar every weekday at 17.00 to taste the home brews.
