In the same building, a smoker's lounge, Casineum, Casino, Cocktail Bar await your visit. The same neo-baroque building constructed in 1882 also houses the cocktail bar, the Casineum / club, as well as the Grand Jeu – and jackpot casino.

The sophisticated use of mirrors reverses the order of interior and exterior. A perfect blend of simplicity, comfort and innovation. The cuisine of the Restaurant Bam Bou is based on French tradition and techniques with the added piquancy of Asian spices. An almost breathtaking array and intensity of Asian-inspired flavours and aromas are predestined to set new trends.

An attractive seating concept enhances the appeal of the "Jasper". The oak-panelled parquet flooring is in captivating contrast to the cream-white walls, and the wine cupboards are aesthetically integrated into a wall of French limestone. Large suspended lamps of opal glass provide soft, soothing lighting. Surfaces, table insets and decorations are of onyx, horn and slate. The restaurant's name is derived from the semi-precious stone used extensively in the manufacture of high-quality porcelain.

An historic property in the center of the Old Town, directly situated on the Reuss River, affording a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. On the terrace or in the "Schifferlaube", or "Skippers' arbor" under the Arcades, Swiss specialties are enjoyed.

Four generations of the Buholzer family have owned and managed the Old Swiss House. Today, with the help of a well qualified staff, the family maintains the tradition of friendly service and excellent cuisine, for which the restaurant is so highly regarded.

Sushi is Japan's most favorite dish. In this bar the treats float by on iron ships, where the guest can serve himself. In addition, there is also a Take Out Store.
