Bern's History Museum was opened in 1894. In the annex, cultural treasures of stone were stored until 1998. Today it is home to Bistro Steinhalle. Some of the most beautiful art works were integrated into the Bistro, and in the summer months the bistro is one of the most beautiful open-air terraces in Bern.

In the "Le Chariot" restaurant, diners on the terrace under the arcades are pampered with delightful culinary treats, three times a day. In the evening, guests enjoy specialities from the “Chariot du Rôtisseur”, accompanied by old and new-world wines.

The Kornhauskeller is one of the most magnificent dining room of Switzerland and the dimensions of the room are an impressive experience.
