The oldest farm in the La Chaux-de-Fonds area witnessed the era when the first farmers became watchmakers instead. Guests sit under the immense chimney shaft, by the "tuyé" (large open fireplace), or in the superb wood-panelled room.

An old farm with plenty of character dating back to 1608, this restaurant serves the best fondue in the region, in addition to local ham on the bone, tommes from Neuchâtel and a great choice of salads, meats and desserts.

International cuisine is served in this recently renovated ex-farmhouse, where everything revolves around clocks. The tables are round and fitted with glass, to reflect the many traditions of the watchmakers in the area. Everything here fits togetherso perfectly, it could be a museum. Seasonal products are prepared with continuous originality. Fondue, perch fillets, pikeperch fillets and lamb from Val-de-Ruz are all found on the menu.

Many types of fondue are offered here, in addition to local smoked white fish, "Jacquerie" (sauerkraut and snails) and sausages from Neuchâtel.

Huge bowls of salad and original dishes are served in a friendly atmosphere.
