The history of the thermal springs in Leukerbad goes back to Roman-Celtic times. People have been aware of the healing powers of these mineral-rich waters for centuries!
Today and every day, 3.9 million litres of water at a temperature of up to 51°C gush out of the springs into 22 pools.
A soak in the hot springs is always soothing - but this is also the perfect place for a spot of pampering, and perhaps a detox. Choose from more than 250 wellness treatments: relaxation therapies, skin and body care and a full range of medical wellness services. Sporty types, meanwhile, can make use of the wide range of indoor and outdoor facilities at the Swiss Olympic Training Base.
