From the vineyards to the permanent snow
Down in the valley of the Rhone lies the charming town of Sierre, surrounded by nature and beautifully framed by mountains and sunny slopes covered in vineyards. Branching off to the south is the Val d'Anniviers, home to some ten villages in gorgeous alpine settings, among forests, pastures and watercourses. Here you have plenty of activities to choose from: mountain-bike tours, walks along former irrigation canals, hight-mountain hikes - or how about a tandem paragliding flight, landing softly beside the Lac de Géronde? For any one who loves natural beauty and unspoilt mountain landscapes, Sierre-Anniviers is full of treats waiting to be discovered.

Happyland New, in Granges, is the largest amusement park in Switzerland, while in Vercorin there’s an adventure forest: high thrills and lots of fun for all ages.
