Here everything revolves around the view... Up on the summit of the Berneuse stands Le Kuklos (Greek for "circle"), a restaurant whose shape hints at the form of the two neighbouring mountains Tour Mayen and Tour d'Aï.
Every 90 minutes it revolves – making it the only place where you can admire both the North Wall of the Eiger and Mont Blanc without having to get up. Movement is a theme in Leysin: a host of outdoor activities are on offer in unspoilt nature, making use of excellent facilities – such as a spectacular new Bike Park. Mountaineers find the climbing – on steep limestone rock walls – reminiscent of the Dolomites. Families also feel at home in this good-value resort, while children adore the opportunity to hunt for treasure, visit farms, and learn how to make cheese.

This summer, families are especially welcome in the alpine areas of the Lake Geneva Region (Villars-Gryon, Leysin, Les Mosses, Château-d'Oex, Rougemont, Les Diablerets): mountain rides and accommodation* are free for children up to the age of 9.
