from the numerous paths and trails on Monte Cardada above Locarno,
around Ascona, or in the hills and mountains of Ronco/Ascona and the
Gambarogno Riviera.

Mount Cardada
The Orselina funicular takes you up Locarno's own mountain (1,340m), where original activities, two tepees and a fort await you on the games trail. Admire the fantastic views from the viewing platform and the geological observation centre.
Robiei
The longest cable car route in the Ticino transports you through stunning mountain scenery to the foot of the Basodino glacier.
