Next to the panorama restaurant at the summit, there is a 70-m-long tunnel leading through solid rock into a "grotto" in the north wall. From the two look-out windows here – the so-called "Stockhorn Augen" or Stockhorn Eyes – you can see down to Thun and Lake Thun and into the Mittelland beyond. There are also information panels to tell you about the geology of the Stockhorn. Open all year round. Wheelchair/Stroller access available.
