Criss-crossing the Alpine garden next to the mountain station are several paths which taken together are nearly one kilometre long. The short tour is just 500 m long, however, and with a difference in altitude of just 40 m. The exhibition next to the entrance shows some important aspects of alpine ecology, including the effects of the region's geology, the interaction of fauna and flora and the influence of humans on this area.
