Dealing with horses is easier than you would think. All it takes is a
short lesson on the farm and a quick test ride, and off you go - life
on the road at a horse's pace. Spend three days with the family alone
with a horse-drawn wagon on the peaceful roads under the wide sky of
the Ajoie - an area which almost feels French.
Cook over a campfire by the wayside - but don't forget to unharness and
feed the horse first. Overnight on a typical Jura farms, and call in at
Réclère, with its famous grottos and magical underworld - and don't
forget to look for the life-size dinosaurs in the forest.
