Klosters (Graubünden)
Schlappin is a Walser settlement, which was inhabited all year round until 1650. After the fire in 1750, it was rebuilt as an Alpine farming settlement. Berghaus Erika was inaugurated in 1968 and is open all year round. Forget the stresses and and strains of daily life and enjoy nature in its purest form - the way nature was and still is, and as it will always be.
Klosters (Graubünden)
Roesti, spätzli (home-style egg noodles), capuns (dumplings with a meat and chard filling), pizokel (dumplings with spinach, etc.) cream-filled pastries and apple strudel. A combination of rural conviviality and cosmopolitan flair - cosiness and a sense of well-being assume central importance here.
Klosters (Graubünden)
Specialties of traditional Swiss and international cuisine. Pasta menus that change daily. Open daily during the season.

Up until 1967, the Garfiun Alpine hut was used as the farmhouse/barn for the cattle on the mountain pasture. The Garfiun has been open as a restaurant offering basic cuisine to cross-country skiers and walkers since 1970.
Klosters (Graubünden)
"Back to one's roots": Relax and switch off at wooden tables and in front of a crackling, open fire. The picturesque building is a typical example of an older Graubünden mountain restaurant and a popular meeting place for tourists and locals.
Serneus / Klosters (Graubünden)
The "Chesetta" (Romansch: small house) and the "Stailetta" (Romansch: small star) are a converted mountain hut and barn. The entire design combines the old and new in a complementary way and highlights the attention paid to detail.
