Simply good: The air in the upper part of the Surselva region feels filtered: it's pure, clean and healthy. That is what the ski area feels like too: unspoilt, authentic and tranquil.
The sunny pistes extend all the way up to the Oberalp pass, and guarantee good skiing conditions until late into the spring. Even the Rhine, which rises here, makes only the softest of sounds. It is as if everything serves the same goal: to create an oasis in a busy world, where you can switch off and return to your true self. In the greatest possible comfort, too – thanks to the locals, with their quiet, heart-felt welcome.
Top tip
Disentis Sedrun is a paradise for touring skiers, for freeriders and for all off-piste fans. Along with fresh air, there is an abundance of deep powder – as much as you could wish for, as far as the eye can see.
