The Talsee is a haven of tranquillity amidst a wildly romantic mountain landscape. The small mountain restaurant, the Talalp, is situated directly at the lakeside. Accessible by chairlift from Filzbach to the mountain station of Habergschwänd and then a 30-minute walk.

22-30 metres deep with a deeply fissured bottom. The lake derives its name from its dark waters.
