The restaurant on the summit of the Fronalpstock has five rustically furnished double rooms, each with its own shower/WC and a place to sit and enjoy the views. Guests will be amazed by the magnificent sunset they will be able to observe here!
With magical peace and quiet, a homely atmosphere and wide range of dishes on offer, this restaurant high above Lake Lucerne is the perfect place to relax and enjoy. At 1922 m above sea level, this new establishmetn on the top of the Fronalpstock is the highest restaurant in Canton Schwyz and commands superb panoramic views of the mountains and lakes of Central Switzerland. Open all year round.
How to get there:
From Schwyz by postal bus and funicular up to the Stoos. Or r by postal bus from Brunnen via Morschach and then by cable car from Stoos. From there take the smaller cable car up to the Fronalpstock.
Sunset:
From the terrace of the restaurant and from the rooms you will enjoy a sweeping panoramic view ranging from the bays of Lake Lucerne to the marvelous sunset.
