There are more than twenty mineral springs in and around Scuol. Ten of these are currently in use and supply both Scuol’s drinking cures and carbonated mineral baths as well as the Engadine Bad Scuol.
Cross-Country Skiing
The 3-km track offers a marvelous view of the fascinating mountain world of the Lower Engadine.

Riding, horses, a restaurant and hotel in the hamlet of San Jon, opposite Scuol, in a clearing in the woods on the way into the Val S-charl. Quiet country music, peacefully grazing horses and first attempts at riding round an arena. The Saloon San Jon Restaurant is decorated in the traditional style of the Wild West. Lots of variety in the places to go riding, the range of food and the rooms of different sizes.

Theme and discovery trails
The Ftan-Natèas chair lift takes walkers to Prui, to the start of the Flurina trail. From there, the walk takes visitors to Motta Naluns in three hours (gondola lift back to Scuol). At regular intervals along the trail, walkers will encounter panels associated with the story of the children's book by Alois Carigiet entitled "Flurina and the wild bird". From the very first paces, walkers will find themselves engrossed in the story.
