The History of chocolate goes back to the 6th Century, when the Mayas emigrated to Yucatan (Mexico), the place of origin of the cocoa bean.
Museums
The Fishing Museum, external section of the Malcantone Museum, is situated in Caslano (Ticino). The museum, inaugurated in 1993, is in a small house in via Campagna, surrounded by a park and belonging to the Municipality of Caslano.
